Tenun Story by Sharifah Kirana I adore ‘kain tenun’ as artistic pieces and the symbolism of very artistic culture. ‘Kain tenun’ is an art and only a gifted one may be able to unleash and translate the great style. Every pieces of my design reflects the feminism aura and local culture sense.

The ‘tenun’ story by Sharifah Kirana portray ‘tenun’ journey in this industry to the decade. Each of them are masterpiece using tapestry as a medium for embroidered beads and semi precious stone are applied on every single piece of the design. I am always concern about colours and it’s very important to highlight on my creations. I play with pastel colours especially lilac, apple green, sweet pink and turquoise on my ‘tenun’ story collections.
